Jim Fitzgerald is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.    He is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only group of 100 trial lawyers throughout the United States who have attained million-dollar results.  In addition, he is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers (invitation only--4,000 members nationwide) and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (membership by invitation only--500 members nationwide).  The book, The Best Lawyers in America, lists him.  The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory reflects that Jim's peers in the legal profession give him the highest possible rating: "AV."
