Wyoming Defective Products Law
There are wide variations in the laws in various states that govern defective product cases. Manufacturers and sellers must make and sell safe products, and sometimes they don’t. We have filed cases against many large corporations whose products caused disabling injuries or death. A corporation is at fault when it manufactured, sold, distributed, or assembled a defective product, or misrepresented it. Examples are cases against auto and truck manufacturers, makers of medical equipment, heavy equipment makers, tire and rim companies, and others.
